  • Because of current programs and our company partnerships, we are able to offer some homeowners the chance to switch to solar for zero out of pocket costs however, not every home qualifies. That is why we perform the free assessment so we can see what options are available to you. In regards to system itself, in order to know the cost we will need to assess the home usage and design a system accordingly. We provide system savings and cost info at the time of our in home assessments once the requirements are known.   • When performing solar installations we work with only the most experienced installers. These installers are required to get permits for the work performed which requires them to prove that the design increases the strength of the current roof. This work is also inspected and confirmed at completion. We also add an additional layer of sealing the typical roof does not have which increases leak prevention. There is also a 10 year warranty extended to any section of the roof that to solar may be installed on.

  • One of the biggest challenges for home solar owners is maintenance and repair. If the home qualifies for our leasing program all maintenance and repairs will be covered. There is zero risk for any homeowner costs to fix or maintain their system. It is fully monitored and serviced at no additional cost.

  • In order to fit your home with the correct system our team does the necessary research to ensure our designs are accurate and effective. In some cases other companies may fit a home with a system that does not fully cover their energy consumption leaving them with a partial bill for any additional usage. This is why we take the time to provide our free assessment so we can fully understand each individual system and requirements.

  • The systems are fully transferrable in the case of a move. The new home owner would take over the installed units for the remainder of the agreed upon contract. Also it is important to note that homes that have solar installed are sold quicker, per realtor reporting, than house that are on the traditional power system.
